Train the Trainer

We’ve seen a trend lately for companies having us teach our ‘Train the Trainer’ course. There are needs within this tight labour market to ensure that employees are properly trained to elevate productivity and teamwork - but also to enhance their own perceived value within the company, leading to better retention.

Participants learn about the learning needs and different learning styles of adults, planning and developing different types of training, along with delivering and assessing the success of the training.
