One of her strengths is the ability to customise her work to maximise the impact for the client, whether it be one-on-one, team coaching or a workshop setting.

Sue has held corporate executive roles in New Zealand and internationally with a focus on developing the workforce to deliver on important business goals. After leaving corporate life Sue built several successful entrepreneurial businesses which has given her a deep understanding of the needs of small to medium-sized enterprises.

​Steve is a experienced business executive and entrepreneur with over 40 years of leadership and management across diverse industries.
Throughout his corporate career, Steve consulted for globally recognized brands such as Time Warner, Citibank, and Barclays Bank. He also played a key role in launching a children’s book start-up within The Walt Disney Company, and he was a senior leader at a membership services firm that achieved the #2 spot on the Inc. 5000 list, resulting in a lucrative NASDAQ IPO.

As an entrepreneur, he has successfully founded and managed ventures in real estate, travel, learning and development, and publishing. He has trained hundreds of employees and managed people from telephone sales reps to Vice Presidents. His interest and expertise in professional development skills comes from years working inside organizations in various facets of management, sales, and customer service.

Steve is the Publisher of Mindshift Publishing, focused on working with industry leaders to share their unique expertise, along with other content in professional skills, self-help and personal development.
After starting his career in the US, he worked in London for several years and now resides in New Zealand.
